Landscaping
has always been a very important key element in design and this
has been taken care of in detail. The staggered and interlocking
planning of blocks leave large green spaces in different areas
apart from a large central green space. A jogging track has
been incorporated along the periphery of the lake. Almost 60%
of the total area will be open to sky for hard and soft landscaping,
blending with the built forms, leaving enough areas for parking
lots, pathways, roads that shall be shaded by trees. |

A landscaped
green zone measuring more than 40 cottahs will lie at the heart
of this project. More parts of the complex will be covered with
green lawns and lush gardens. There is existing on the site
many full grown trees which are being retained by careful planning
of the building blocks such as 50 coconut, 5 mango and 2 each
of litchi, bael, jackfruit, kala jamun, neem, palm and arjun
trees. The only thing littered in this complex will be trees,
plants and flowers. |
